· 04/1998 - Candle Representative Office Zagreb was founded as a regional office of the company Candle Corporation, one of the leading suppliers of the software solutions in the field of System Management (Availability and Performance Management).
· 09/2002 – The company CROZ d.o.o. was founded as a logical continuation of the representation dealings, extending its operations to new markets as well as gaining the status of Candle Exclusive Business Partner for regional operation – Adriatic region.
· 04/2004 – After IBM took over the Candle Corporation, CROZ has, in these new circumstances of now being an IBM business partner for the entire range of IBM Tivoli brand products, preserved the continuity of applying its endorsed concept and has integrated it with Business Service Management concept developed by IBM. Thus, the existing investments in the Candle products and solutions of the current CROZ d.o.o. customers have simultaneously been protected due to the possibility of integration and growth in these new conditions, maintaining the continuity of its existing approach of the surveillance system implementation.
· 11/2005 – CROZ undergoes a strong development boost thanks to the changes in the ownership structure and the arrival of the group of experienced experts. A new company policy made it possible to establish teams of experienced and reputable experts coming from the sphere of IBM Tivoli, Lotus, DB2, WebSphere, Rational and Mainframe Technologies (IBM system z9), and exceptionally experienced development team specialized in J2EE development. The new, expanded CROZ team now counts more than 30 experts.
· 01/2006 - CROZ becomes a member of IBM Rational Value Advantage Plus Program and a registered educational partner: Authorized Independent Training Provider for IBM Software (AITP)
· 02/2006 – Based on the large number of certified experts of IBM technology and on the sale efficiency of IBM software, CROZ becomes an IBM Premier Partner.
· 11/2006 – CROZ becomes a certified IBM Partner for System z.
· 12/2006 – FYI: CROZ has published the first issue of its IT magazine called For Your Information
· 01/2007 – CROZ has entered the New Year with a team counting more than 80 experts
· 01/2008 – CROZ became a owner of ISO 9001 certificate for the field of IT Professional Training
· 03/2008 – Education center 'Learn@CROZ' is opened
· 04/2008 – CROZ is nominated as an 'IBM Beacon Award' finalist in the category Rational® Excellence in Software Delivery and the first Croatian company to have received such recognition.
· 05/2008 - Company CROZ became IBM Authorized Training Provider (ATP) regarding the IT field in Croatia.
· 06/2008 - Company CROZ has won the "IBM Rational Award" intended for business partners worldwide. CROZ is the winner in the category Outstanding Rational® Requirements & Portfolio Management Solution and the only company outside the U.S. to have received this year’s award.
· 06/2008 - Company CROZ gained the status of Entrust VAR (Value Added Reseller) partner.
· 10/2008 - Company CROZ has occupied high third place on this year’s Deloitte list of 50 fastest growing technological companies in Central Europe thanks to realized five-year growth of 4391 percent.
· 12/2008 - Company CROZ holds spot 21 on this year’s Deloitte’s list of 500 technological companies with fastest growth in the EMEA region, which includes Europe, Middle East and Africa. CROZ has achieved a five-year growth of 4391 percent.
· 01/2009 - CROZ has renewed and expended its range of ISO 9001 certificates. Besides the field of IT Professional Training, CROZ has expanded its range of certification to its entire business operation which apart from education also includes Enterprise Information Systems Integration and Development, and Consulting.
· 05/2009 - CROZ became TIBCO’s partner for Croatia, Slovenia and Serbia
· 05/2009 - CROZ and Altova sealed a distribution agreement for Altova tools in Croatia
· 05/2009 - CROZ became the exclusive Levi, Ray & Shoup, Inc. (LRS®) partner for Croatia, company which is the leading solution provider for print management on the international market
· 05/2009 - CROZ introduced SOA Competency Centre, the only such centre in the region
· 08/2009 - CROZ has developed Knjigalica - online school textbooks exchange market, as well as Facebook version of the application
· 09/2009 - CROZ, as the first IT company in Croatia, has achieved three very valuable certifications in the field of asset management, IBM Tivoli Deployment Accreditation AA-Level for IBM Tivoli Asset Management for IT and IBM Tivoli Maximo Asset Manager products, and A-level for Tivoli Application Dependency Discovery Manager
