CROZ's mission is to always have its experts educated and innovative enough in order to be apt in assisting our customers in acquiring new IT concepts, technologies and methodologies, and to be capable of developing specific and when required technologically demanding business solutions.

To be recognized as a quality partner when it comes to applying information technologies, who knows and is able to develop complex solutions as well as to assert itself as a leading company in the domain of consulting and education of IT experts with special emphasis on software development and advanced technologies deployment.

Focus on customer needs as well as satisfaction of our customers with the work performed present the highest values according to which CROZ d.o.o. measures and sets its overall efficiency.

Due to fast knowledge acquisition necessity and constant changes in the IT world, we pay special attention to education, adaptation of business processes, improving knowledge transfer and communication with our customers as well as between the company employees themselves. Apart form a series of our own education services, in advance prepared catalogue courses, customized workshops, real project consulting, orderly project management and implementation monitoring, we plan to make enhancements in project management and efforts to keep up with the technological trends as well, together with monitoring and control of company’s business processes.

In line with the traditional values such as expertise and innovation, as well as dedication and team spirit, the employees will continue to have the opportunity and responsibility to constantly grow and perfect one’s abilities as well as to create a pleasant and productive work atmosphere.

Special attention will be given to maintaining current customer base and the need for our constant presence among all mainframe customers, aware of the fact how we will attain these goals only through improvement and quality of the services in the respective areas.

In order to accomplish strategic goals in the best possible way, individual measurable goals concerning quality will be established so as to fulfil the demands of our customers and interested parties.

We will apply and improve the efficiency of the quality management system based on the international standard ISO 9001 requirements as well as aspire to surpass the requirements in mention.
