Mastering Requirements Management with Use Cases   10.05.2010 - 12.05.2010

The course deals with the issues of requirements management using use case modeling. The course focuses on defining user requirements and on change management of project requirements, followed by problem analysis, defining of the vision and finally on defining requirements with use cases. The course also touches upon the fields of establishing attributes over requirements, requirements traceability and project scope management. Participants will practice various problem analysis methods as well as different styles when describing requirements.
