Mastering the Management of Iterative Development   23.12.2010 - 24.12.2010

The course focuses on the need to switch from the traditional to the iterative approach when it comes to project management. During the course, we will discuss the most common situations in iterative development with which development teams and project managers will meet. The course will look at the procedures a project manager may take in order to advance the iterative development process.

Participants will gain 14 points for PMP certification upon completion of the course.
