Aware of the importance of a fast knowledge acquisition and of constant changes in the IT world, we give special attention to education. During the many years of working on development projects we noticed how precisely the possibility of fast new knowledge acquisition and constant education is one of the crucial factors in the success of an IT company. In order to help our clients to elevate the knowledge level so they could more easily keep up with the technological changes, we organized a whole series of our own educational services – from beforehand prepared catalogue courses, through customized workshops to consulting on actual projects. We are extremely proud of our consultants and instructors continuously participating in development projects where they equally continuously acquire new knowledge and experience which they then pass on through courses and consultations.
As an IBM Authorized Independent Training Provider for Rational brand, we have the opportunity to offer each and every standard course from the IBM Rational courses offering. Courses are held by our consultants and instructors who own more than 30 certificates from all areas of Rational to date. Beside these standard courses, we have in our catalogue a series of courses concerning technologies and methodologies, which we produced ourselves. The most commonly held are specialized Java courses which were made by our experts.
Often enough, courses alone were not enough to apply the acquired knowledge in practice in a quick and simple manner. The continuation of collaboration with our customers in the form of consultations proved to be a valuable accelerator in the knowledge implementation.

Company CROZ became IBM Authorized Training Provider (ATP) regarding the IT field in Croatia. In line with the mentioned partnership, IBM Croatia implements both public and private education services and courses concerning IBM’s software and hardware products in collaboration with CROZ.
CROZ is responsible for classroom and equipment organization and setup as well as for engagement of trainers specialized in certain fields of IT industry according to the global IBM education programs, whereas the company IBM develops the courses, defines the subjects and strategies of the courses in order to provide users with the possibility of acquiring advanced knowledge and skills about software and hardware solutions and products.
CROZ has fulfilled all necessary conditions in compliance with IBM’s standards and education rules (adequate space and equipment, governing infrastructure, qualified trainers, administration support) thus becoming the first authorized IBM education services provider in Croatia.
The courses are held at the CROZ education centre, opened in March 2008, called „Learn@CROZ“ (Zagreb, Lastovska 23), consisting of two spacious classrooms equipped according to high technical standards, a conference hall and a comfortable lounge-room.
