Is brilliant PM guarantee for project success regardless of other participants? These questions may be put another way. You are in position to engage brilliant project participants – one is better than other. Does this mean that PM may be the weakest link of the chain or that you can even do without him (whereas all other participants are so brilliant)? What is that essential ingredient that guarantees project’s success? Is it PM, sponsor, team members, all together or is it enough to ensure good project rewards?
