How do we manage the life-cycle of DWH/BI projects?
Research studies show that around 60 to 70 percent of DWH/BI projects are not successfully completed or did not fulfill the project sponsor's expectations. These disheartening numbers are frequently caused by mutual misunderstanding between business users and suppliers, and lack of adequate BI strategy. In order to minimize risks and misunderstandings, CROZ emphasizes individuality and specificity of each project which combines both consultant and implementation services.
