Quality Management is an integrated process of test management and product quality achievement. The process begins with defining complete test methodology; continues with the analysis of users’ requirements, defining a test plan, test cases and scenarios, test data, all over to implementation of tests, bug reports and generation of testing reports.
Testing Methodology
The methodology to be followed during testing is the basic skeleton of the whole process and without it is impossible to organize a complete and good quality management. The goal of testing methodology to answer some basic questions:
WHAT is tested?
WHO tests?
WHEN is it tested?
HOW is it tested?
As a longtime IBM partner, we base our methodology on Rational Unified Process (RUP). RUP is a methodology of software development that through a series of events defines the access and accountability in software development. RUP helps in defining of testing process, testing activities, roles and responsibilities during the process.
During implementation methodology we develop the test strategy that defines the process, documents, roles, what is tested within the organization and types of testing performed at certain points of the process.
Furthermore, through the implementation of the test strategy, we will ensure design of specific test plans, documentation of test cases, bug reports and generation of testing reports.
Change Request Management
Change request management is part of quality management that organizes infrastructure required for quality reporting, monitoring and change requests management. The goal is to better allocate responsibilities for development teams and to monitor the impact of requirements on the development of existing products.
The main advantage of CRM system is that requirements, once they are entered into the system, cannot get lost and that user at any time knows the status of requirement.
When testing, the most common change request is a defect or bug. Defect management is a very important item of testing. Defects that are not reported are as if they have never occurred.
An indispensable part of consulting in the field of testing offered by CROZ is specifying how to optimally report defects, how to define what is and what is not an error, how to define the process of defects reporting and which tools are used.
Request Management
User requirements are properties or functionalities that systems or software must meet, and they represent specific business needs of end user or behavior of the user’s system. User requirements are the starting point of every software development process as well as testing process.
Based on extensive experience in preparing and analyzing user requirements, we offer you support and education in creating user requirements as well as services of deployment of tools for creating and tracking user requirements.
