The main advantage of this tool, when doing the requirement data acquisition, is in the integration of the two somewhat contrary issues upon describing requirements. On the one hand, requirements need to be specified in detail whereat one needs to be sufficiently descriptive (for which purpose we generally use Microsoft Word), while on the other hand they also need to be well structured and one need to know their correlation (which is normally achieved by using databases).
